That's a line expressed in the YouTube video posted below. It was uttered in the official promo for this year's Reviving the Islamic Sprit Conference in Toronto. The conference is sponsored by Islamic Relief, an Islamist charity. Among the preachers who will administer the spiritual CPR are Tariq Ramadan (whose grandpa founded the Muslim Brotherhood) and Zaid Shakir (who has validated the efforts of Al Qaeda and Hamas).
